I have read, understood and accept the provisions in the Notice of Race including this Entry Form and I agree to be bound by the Rules that apply to this event and agree that my boat will conform to the requirements set out in the Notice of Race throughout the event.

If the Person in Charge will be under 18 years of age at any time while racing, then a ‘Junior Consent Form’ is required to be signed by their legal parent or guardian for this entry to be valid

 

I specifically confirm that I have read and understood  the Safety Regulations that apply to this event as specified in Appendix SR of this Notice of Race and that I, my crew and our support persons understand that our personal data may be used for the purposes of the event and the application of the rules.
