Dear Member, It is with pleasure that we are writing to you with an invitation to join us in November as we are holding our CO 26 Winter Dinner (and AGM) so we can all catch up with our friends and other members.
Dinner will be served following our AGM which is to be held on Saturday 10th November 2018 at the Royal Lymington Yacht Club at 17.30 hours. This will be a short meeting followed by the dinner at 19.30 hours. At the conclusion of the Dinner we will hold our Annual prizegiving of the Association Trophies.
There will be a three course dinner @ £25 per head. You will find the Menu and Dinner Booking Form below.
Please complete the Dinner Menu Form and return by 2nd November, the details for payment are on the form. Below you will also see a copy of the Agenda for the AGM.
Please note that there are important items on the agenda relating to the reorganisation of our Association to become a limited company. This is for the protection of our members. Also to meet the costs of this, plus increased running costs a consequential increase in subscriptions is proposed as these have been static for quite a few years now. Together with the Treasurer we will be circulating an explanatory paper to all members in advance of the meeting to explain the proposals to you before the meeting for your kind prior consideration.
